Tessa ,Jem, and Will have to find Mortmain Aka Magister in two weeks or Charlotte and Henry will be force to step down as the Directors of The London Institute. Tessa faces some of her toughest challenge of all she will have to choose between Will and Jem.
Who will she choose, Will the Angry and bitter one who shows vulnerability when she least expects it or Jem someone who has always been kind and a friend to her?
Way better than the first book I really loved this book but the beginning was pretty slow or I would have given it 5 stars. I can't choose between Jem and Will they're both great and hard not to love. I'm also glad we got to see more about Charlotte and Henry and the ending was so beautiful and sad at the same time. Best Book so far in the series though I dow ish we got to see more of some characters, cough cough GIDEON.
That is good to know because I am having a hard time with the first book. Since it is my 2nd book by CC that I have read --the other being the first book in the original series--I wanted to know if they get better. I did hear that book 2 in the other series is better than the first also :) I might stick with it!
