In the third installment of The Body Finder series we see Violet finally come out of her shelf and embarrass her ability.
Thank's to Sarah a FBI agent and Rafe a kid who saved her life and who happens to also have a special ability (sees events that may happen).
So after almost being killed and being saved by Sarah and Rafe,Violet has chosen to joined Sarah and the other kids who have special abilities.
At first Violet is hesitant to let Sarah and the other kids in because she is not use to talking about her ability to sense the dead but after learning more about them Violet feels like she's finally fitting in and for the first time in her life she doesn't feel like a freak.
On her first assignment Violet has to help find " The Girlfriend Collector" a serial killer who is killing young women by strangling them and then leaving them in refrigerators.
Now Violet and her new friends have to find who is " The Girl Friend Collect"because if they don't, Violet may just become one of his victims.
I love The first book in the series it was one of the best books I've ever read. I love how Violet and Jay interact and they just seem like the perfect couple without being to perfect and annoying, but this book was a disappointment. I think if I hadn't loved the first book to much I would have given this book 4 stars but since I love the first book so much I gave it 3 stars because this book is not even close to being as good as the first book. First of all there was hardly any Jay and Violet. It seem to me like the author just added Jay as a after thought and when Jay and Violet got together in the book it seemed like there relationship was being forced. I also hated the last 30 pages it seemed like Kimberly rapped up the book to fast and I wish she would have given more detail, because the ending was kinda blah.
But the one thing I loved about this book was how the author added the serial killer point of view ever few chapters because it helped me understand more the killers motive and I actually felt kinda sorry for him in the end. But anyways the book was good not great but good.
I really recommend this book if you love thrillers and kick ass heroines.
