[Review] Clockwork Prince: Author Cassandra Clare

CLOCKWORK PRINCE
BOOK 2 INFERNAL DEVICE SERIES
CASSANDRA CLARE
RATING
4/5

Tessa ,Jem, and Will have to find Mortmain Aka Magister in two weeks or Charlotte and Henry will be force to step down as the Directors of The London Institute. Tessa faces some of her toughest challenge of all she will have to choose between Will and Jem.
Who will she choose, Will the Angry and bitter one who shows vulnerability when she least expects it or Jem someone who has always been kind and a friend to her?

Way better than the first book I really loved this book but the beginning was pretty slow or I would have given it 5 stars. I can't choose between Jem and Will they're both great and hard not to love. I'm also glad we got to see more about Charlotte and Henry and the ending was so beautiful and sad at the same time. Best Book so far in the series though I dow ish we got to see more of some characters, cough cough GIDEON.

Okay I really don't know what to say about this book other then it's awesome and you need to read it. I wasn't a big fan of the Immortal After Dark series I found most of the characters annoying and the plot boring but Lothaire changed my mind this series Rocks.

[Review] Jessica Rules on The Dark Side By Beth Fantaskey

JESSICA RULES ON THE DARK SIDE
BOOK 2 JESSICA SERIES
BETH FANTASKEY
RATING
3/5

Jessica is still not sure if she ready to become Queen of all vampires she still has doubts about everything but Lucas is more than ready to become King of all vampires, but before any of that happens Jessica needs to find out who wants to hurt Lucas and why he's being Framed for killing one of his uncles.

Good book much better than the first.
I really liked that this book was written in more than one person point of view. I also liked the whole concept of the book but I didn't like how the conclusion came together. It was like one moment Jessica was freaking out because they where about to sentence Lucas to death and the next page it all came together and they found out who really killed Lucas uncle. The ending also left me dissatisfied I'm hoping there's another book because the ending Sucked!

[Review] Destiny's Fire By Trisha Wolfe

DESTINY'S FIRE
TRISHA WOLFE
RATING
3.5/5

Destiny is a sixteen year old Shythe who is about to turn seventeen and get their Kythan ink and powers. A week before she went into her powers the Council signed a peace act with their enemy the Narcolym's. Now the Narcolym's are living at Haven and Destiny and her friends have to figure out what the Narcolym's want before its to late.

I wasn't sure if I like this book when I read the first pages it reminded me to much of Nightshade, but after the first fifty page the book got more exiting and kept me wanting more. I think the only problem I have with the book is that there is a love triangle going on and seriously I'm so over Love Triangles I think they take the main focus of the book and make the love triangle the center of everything.

[Review] Mind games By Carolyn Crane

MIND GAMES
THE DISILLUSIONIST TRILOGY BOOK1
CAROLYN CRANE
RATING
2.5/5

Justine doesn't know how to control her anxiety anymore she know she will die if she doesn't find someway to treat it or stop it and thats when she meets Packard. Packard tells Justine that there is a way to stop her anxiety for good all she has to do is join his vigilant group that works on reforming criminals. It may not be as easy as Justine thinks she might have to do things that go against her instinct and in the end she might come out as the villain not the hero.
Will she follow her instinct or will she let someone dictate her.

DO NOT READ IF YOU DON'T LIKE SPOILERS
MAJOR SPOILERS

I was really exited to read this book I've read so many good review I couldn't wait to read it and the plot was really good and had me on the edge the entire book but I have to say I was disappointed by the heroine.
The book would have been a 5 star if it hadn't been for Justine because I just did not like her character. First she was head over heals for Cubby, and then she meets Packard and feels a connection with him but right when she's about to follow her instincts and go for him she chickens out and later on she finds out he betrayed her.
I think it was stupid of her to be mad at Packard for not telling her that once she starts giving her fears to people she can't stop and if she stops she will turn into a vegetable, because it was her fault in the first place for not asking if their was any side affect so in the end there was no one else to blame but herself for being stupid. Thats not the biggest reason I dislike Justine it's when she meets Otto , and I'm saying it in the nicest way possible but the way she throws her self at him and then betrays him mad me sick and dislike her. I think all three of them can do better than Justine and I really like the series but I think this is the only book I'll read from the series because I can't stand her she seem fake because first she was devastated about Cubby but then right after that she meets Otto and falls into bed with him. Eek.
No offense but to me she seem like a slut and I don't want to finish the series knowing that she's going to end up with a great guy. I like heroines that are smart and know what they want unlike Justine who doesn't know who or what she wants and I know its part of being human to make mistake but I do not read books to get reality I read books because I want them to have likable characters and happy ending.
I know many might disagree but for me this series just didn't cut it out for me, but please don't be discourage from reading it because I'am a very conservative person when it come to Sex and I don't think a women should bed hop from bed to bed like Justine did and I know it's just a novel but I don't like to see women portrayed the way Justine was seen.

It’s all-out war (and no-holds-barred romance) in the climactic conclusion to Carrie Jones’s bestselling series.

Zara is at the center of an impending apocalypse. True, she’s successfully rescued Nick from Valhalla, but it simply isn’t enough. Evil pixies are ravaging Bedford, and they need much more than one great warrior; they need an army. Zara isn’t sure what her role is anymore. She’s not just fighting for her friends; she’s also a pixie queen. And to align her team of pixies with the humans she loves will be one of her greatest battles yet. Especially since she can’t even reconcile her growing feelings for her pixie king . . .

Unexpected turns, surprising revelations, and one utterly satisfying romantic finale make Endure a thrilling end to this series of bestsellers.

Wow I've been waiting for months for the book :( was disappointed when no book was released in December but now I can't wait for it to come out. I really love Carrie Jones books she a great author and she totally brings her characters alive.

3.5/5

Patrick Boyle Died in 1970 a day before he was suppose to report to the Draft board office. Now Patrick has to face dying and knowing that no one can see him and he cant touch anything that doesn't belong to him. Not only can't he not touch anything that doesn't belong to him he can't go out of the house without fainting and waking up again in his room. It all becomes worst when his parents move away and take everything with them.
Now Fourty years have passed and the house finally has someone living in it but Patrick has a connection with Sarah he feels close to her each day that goes by and now that he knows that Sarah can hear him will they have the courage to fight for there love or will Sarah think its to crazy to date a ghost?

OMG I love Patrick he is the perfect gentlemen and the things he said just made me gush inside. I love the plot it was so sweet and romantic, but I think the only problem I had with the book was the last Thirty pages they left me thinking WTF? The ending happened to fast it was like one moment Sarah was in a mental institute and the next she was their with Patrick in the hospital. Also the ending was just to weird and I was left confused in the end. It left me think is there going to be as sequel or is that just the way it end? Other than the last Thirty pages the book was well written and I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves a good Romance or ghost story.

[Review] A Need So Beautiful By Suzanne Young

A NEED SO BEAUTIFUL
SUZANNE YOUNG
RATING
5/5

Charlotte is scared she thinks she's dying or somethings wrong with her because she keeps getting this "Need" to help people she's never met before and not only that she gets the "Need" when she least expects it and sometimes when she doesn't want it but the more she avoids it or ignores it the more she hurts. Now she's scared that Harlin her sexy biker boyfriend will leave her so she has to find a way to cure her "Need" or she might lose Harlin and her family forever.

I have to say I was skeptical about reading this book. When I read the synonym I though " Oh wow another sappy corny angel book" but something about it made me want to read it and I'm happy to say I was wrong this book was truly beautiful it made me cry so much. This book is so much more than a romance story and its not your typical Angel book for me I think this is what a true angel is someone who helps and gives love. The book teaches you that one person can truly make a difference and the only problem I had with the book was that there was some crude reference, but other wise the book was flawless.

CHLOE NEILL
RATING
3/5

Lily and the gang are back and in this new installment they have to face losing there power, but their not the only ones who lost there powers the reapers also lost them. Now they have to figure out who's behind it all before they lose there powers indefinitely.

I really love Lily and Scott they make me laugh and remind me of high school, but I had a problem with the plot. I wish the plot would have been developed further, because it seemed like it was such a quick ending without any obstacles and the ending didn't leave me wanting more it left be bored.

Jane doesn't really have time to think about her love life right now she has to protect Gregoire Leo's number 2 scion and make sure that he meets with Lincoln Shaddock. It's not as easy as it sounds Lincoln is being controlled by a witch who is using blood magic and stealing magic from her coven. The witch plans to use Lincoln as a sacrifice to summon a demon and kill Leo, but this time its not going to be easy for Jane to figure out what to do because if she kills the witch she might destroy the only family she knows but if she doesn't kill the witch things might get worst for her and everyone else.

[Review] Shattered Souls By Mary Lindsey

SHATTERED SOULS
MARY LINDSEY
RATING
4/5

This book surprised me it I thought the main focus was going to be Linzi and the love triangle between her Zak and Alden. Actually the book focused mostly on Linzi trying to find herself not who people said she was suppose to be but the person she was meant to be. I'm not saying there was no romance but the romance part had nothing to do with Linzi hearing ghost or being a Speaker(people who hearing and help ghost cross over.)I think the only problem with the story was that I felt there was no problem I guess the end could be considered a problem with Alden breaking the rules and about to be sentenced to death, but that happened at the end. Now I'm curious if Shattered souls is a stand alone novel or is it going to turn into series. If anyone know feel free to message or email me.

[Review] Almost To Die For By Tate Hallaway

ALMOST TO DIE FOR
A VAMPIRE PRINCESS NOVEL
TATE HALLAWAY
RATING
4/5

Ana is not typical ordinary witch she is different from her coven but just doesn't know until on her 16 birthday her father showed up. That's when all hell breaks lose Ana starts asking why her mother hates her father? why is he pale and looks younger than her mom? No on e wants to answer her until they'll finally forced to tell Ana that she is a Damphyr half human half vampire but not only that she is a Princess. Now that Ana's met her father she is force to choose between her mother witch side or her fathers Demon side. Will Ana be strong enough to choose or will the choice be made for her?

My opinion
Really enjoyed this book it was short and to awfully long that it got me bored. Though I wished that the author would have made the characters with more depth and personality because aside from Ana I found most of them boring especially Nic who is Ana love interest which annoyed me because Nic seems really immature for his age and Ana seem to have to many brain cells and probably would get bored with Nic,but hopefully Ana dumps Nic for her vampire guard no he seems worth the trouble. Can't wait to pick up the next book and see where Ana and Elias left.
